Four Shot, One Killed in Harbor Area Shooting

Los Angeles:  Three adults were shot, and a teenager was killed, while they stood together in a driveway Friday night in South Los Angeles.

On December 15, 2006, around 3:20 P.M., the victims, a man, two women and a female juvenile, all Black, were standing in a driveway in the 20600 block of South Harvard Boulevard.  Two Hispanic men walked up to the victims.  One suspect pulled a gun and fired several times into the group, striking each of them.  Both suspects then fled on foot.

All four victims were rushed by paramedics to a local hospital.  One victim, 14-year-old Cheryl Greene, died of her injuries.  A second victim was admitted to the hospital in stable condition.  The two remaining victims were treated and released.

This is some sad pedoo right here. 204 are a bucnh of lames doing this type of pedo. Anyone remember Marco Milla? aka Downer from 204. He shot a car load of blacks in this neighborhood and was convicted. They sent him away for a looong time. This is cowardly stuff. Hope these busters get caught.

Nothing to do with San Pedro. Or Harbor City. If you want to stay away from those areas, in SP stay away from the Rancho San Pedro projects and in HC stay away from 255st, 252st, 256st, Belle Porte, Frampton, etc. Right off of PCH, okay?? Right by that Pep Boys

And 204st is a name of a local Mexican gang around this area. This happened in their neighborhood. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. In my opinion (and I am entitled to one) 204st. is most likely the culprits in this shooting. This happened on 206st and Harvard. 204st gang is a few streets down and this type of violence is notthing new to them.

And amazed, come on now, I am very familiar w/ all these neighborhoods in Torrance/Harbor Gateway. I have family from EastSide Torrance, I know people from Tortilla Flats and I know a few people from 204. You dislike my lingo? You think this blog is for old white folks looking to see what's the latest on the streets? This blog needs people like me in here who knows what's going on in the front lines. Not sideliners who can only speculate as to what "sad pedo" means. I didn't do anything wrong. No one is dry snitching. Anyone that lives in that neighborhood is very familiar with what goes on. Not a few weeks ago some older Mexican guy who was a cook at the "Depot" in old town Torrance was gunned down as he was standing with friends. He was a family man that lived on 204st. and he was shot dead. He was shot on 204st. Know I don't know who the shooters were but from reading the Daily Breeze they think this young girls death and his death might be related.

Plus anyone that lives in Los Angeles knows that black and Mexican tensions have long been building. There were numerous fights and riots both in the jail system and in schools. Places like Comptone, Watts, South Central, Harbor Area, etc were hot spots for black vs Mexican violence. It is a mixture of many things and this area in the Harbor Gateway is just an off shoot of what has been happening.

Hey Sur, I used to play baseball at Normandale Park in EST hood. I used to see them all the time.

Back to this story, I read in the paper that they have raided many homes from 204 gang. Hopefully these guys get caught and face what comes to them. Jail time and the death penalty.

Update: The cops arrested some 20 yr old from 204 and are charging him with a hate crime plus numerous other crimes. Hopefully this sends a message to all the other "race haters".

For what it's worth...I truly feel sorry for all the bangers in ALL of LA. I truly care for them the same way I feel for the mentally challenged. I hold my anger and frustration towards their parents. I can attest, and I firmly know that all other non gang-related individuals will agree.... If these gang members had a loving pro-active family raising them, they would not even think about joining a gang. For example...my father told me that if I ever started a fight, did drugs, or did anything remotely gang related..I would never die in the streets. HE (my father) would kill me.
