God forbid you say or do any honest mistakes when talking to a person in your duties.. I am sure you will get a Comment card or a Complaint. Just like everything else in the department.

No wonder some officers are disfunctional. Psychologically they say to themselves if they say anything wrong or give a 110 percent from there heart and its wrong..Stand by...

When are we going to treat the officers as adults and when are we going to stop wasting 25-30 million dollars a year on the Consent Decress JOKE!! Do you think that money can be used wisely on equipment???

Dave,

sounds like you need to talk to these people! You seem to be in a bit of a personal crisis yourself!

I know many of these people personally, and they are a Godsend. Under the right application, especially when you can't be preacher, social worker and counselor during an emotionally charged incident, they can serve both the community and police department well, and can be a valuable resource. They are a dedicated group of people who take time out of their own busy lives to serve others, and they deserve cudos.
