If you think you have a spike in crime now, wait when all the NARCO and GANG Officers transfer out when the Dept serves them with Financial Discloser.

Judge Fees has the discreation to amend this section of the Consent Decree. How many lives will be lost before Judge Fees sees he was wrong for not to listening to reasonable recommendations.

So Bratton says in today's LA Times that there is no race problem between Blacks and Hispanics and Baca says there is...And every LAPD Copper I know who works the Southend says there is, not to mention every Deputy who works Compton, Lenox, Century, Carson, etc.

Doesn't the Chief get out much?

He does! In fact he's rarely here.

It is only classified as "Racially Motivated" crime when the suspect claims he did it because the victim is of certain ethnicity. However, if a gang member kills another gang member of a different ethnicity, then it is classified as "Gang Related" crime. The number will reflect it as "Gang Related" and not "Racially Motivated." You can learn that in any Statistic 101 class.
