Why would RHD investigate this seemingly hum-drum crime?

Have the changed their name to, Robbery-Attempt Homicide Division?

Where's the victim's info?

More info needed please.

Well its funny you ask this question of why RHD.... cause what they didnt say it that this victim was the CHIEF of police's mechanic. So everyone had to drop what they were doing and focus on this crime, when it should have been assigned to MAC/CAP table. Hmmmm I wounder if your or my family, no wait if you or my mechanic would get the same treatment (yeah right).
