Why does LAPD have to make everything a first of something? Why does Blake Chow have to be the first Commanding Officer of Asian descent in Downtown Los Angeles, in the history of the LAPD? Why can't he just be the new Commanding Officer of Central Area? I guess we'll eventually run out of firsts.
