Such a sad story. Poor lil boy. From what I read, his mother didn't even have custody of him because of some personal issues but yet she already has another fiance??? People need to start taking responsibility for the children they bring into this world. That boy needed his mother and she failed him. May he rest in peace.

I agree His mother must have known of Fishers history and basically dumped the boy. She and the boys real father should be charged with neglect...if the boy complained to his teacher he would also tell his mother that he was being abused.... and HOW MANY KIDS does she have I heard 4 or 5 all taken care of by her mother!!!!. She has no money no job no prospects but keeps on having kids WHY.
WHAT IS SHE THINKING....charge the parents
