Michael Jackson Investigation Update

Los Angeles: Today, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office released a statement indicating that their investigation into the death of Michael Jackson has been completed.  Even though the Coroner's Office has completed their examination, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) continues to investigate the events and circumstances surrounding the death of Michael Jackson.

The LAPD has requested that the Jackson autopsy findings regarding the cause and manner of death remain confidential.  The LAPD has respectfully requested from the Coroner's Office that the existing security hold on the results of the Corner's investigation remain in place.  The extension of security measures will help maintain the integrity of the investigation and allow investigators from LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division, as well as our partner law enforcement agencies to continue their investigation. The investigation being conducted by the LAPD has included dozens of individual interviews and the service of search warrants locally and out-of-state.

The LAPD would like to thank the Coroner's Office for their cooperation in this investigation as we seek to determine all of the facts surrounding the death of Michael Jackson.

Until the investigation is complete, the LAPD will not answer questions regarding this investigation.  Other media inquiries can be made to Media Relations Section at 213-485-3586.

Earlier today, before I had read your online news update regarding Michael Jackson, I emailed TMZ asking them how they received reports of MJ's respiratory distress/transport to hospital with such lightening bolt speed. I have yet to hear back. Surely, like everything else, the call was made to them from an insider(staged) & the reporters were allowed inside the gates to snap that "ONE" golden picture to prove he was at death's door. You can believe if all his "Nation of Islam" guards were there with the REAL MJ, they would have swarmed around the ambulance to block out any picture taking!!! Very protective group except when their boss' dignity is at stake? Dr Murray graduated from medical school, "Summa cum laud, with the highest of honors. How inconceivable for a Cardiologist, who is entrusted with a megastar's health/life to be the cause of his death in some shape or form? Dr Murray may have agreed to be the scapegoat from the beginning since he does have a shady past. Call him Dr Distractor, while the HOAX was being hatched & it played out just as they had planned. Bloody shirt in closet released to the media a few days later? I think they were trying to insinuate the LAPD had missed evidence of SIGNIFICANT VALUE"? Shame on them for hustling to Michal's house removing potentially REAL evidence; They should know the law if they truly believed MJ was murdered. One must not enter the home & contaminate the scene. Who are they to think they can outwit the LAPD? I don't think so.....

Michael Jackson died 6-25-09 His brain reunited inside the remaining "shell of a body" after 2 autopsies @7-8-09. 3 different burial dates announced so far by the Jackson family. 84 days that will have passed should he get buried 8-31-09? Give the public a break. This one will go down in HIStory. I'm starting to understand why MJ distanced himself from the family. I feel some lyrics comin on..."Roll da dice & keep him on ice, hey, the payoff will be twice as nice.

My heart remains very heavy since the day Michael Jackson fell asleep, never to awake on this earth again.
Never to see his three children again, and never sing another song.
We will remember him by his songs,by listening to his music everyday , which I do, keeps him present in my world of music and dance.

Some things in life we cannot change, the coarse of weather, mother nature, economy's uncertain ways from day to day.
However, I believe Dr. Murray could have called 911 MUCH sooner to help Michael, He's a Dr. he knows when a situation needs professional hospital attention.

He could have been viewed as a hero, instead of a man now being under a criminal investigation with fingers pointing to this mans judgement, and integrity as a Dr. I must admit was extremly poor. I t doesn't take a genius to know when to call 911, just open your eyes heart amnd ask God. however it took only a few minutes for this world to lose a much loved genius and humanitarian.
Maybe just maybe it could have been prevented.

Michael Jackson, what a gentle man, spirit; who truly loved innocently somethings were over whelming no matter what
the public with cameras and video clippings, snapp shots on the news from different net works was not talking about Michael Jackson, to much at all month of May 2009, from all his old news to suddenly after his passing
a freedom of speech about what ever he or she wants to reveal was said yet the question remains if this was their family member that they was close to the wonder is would the comments have been the same?

The backbiters this is not for you to comment enough negative have been said..

I am a registered nurse and there is NO way Dr. Conrad Murray, a cardiologist, had any business administering Propofol (Diprovan) to ANYONE without an anesthesiologist present inside an operating room, and on a ventilator. It took him over 20 minutes to call 911 with a man not breathing when he entered the room? What was he thinking? Or was he thinking at all? Or was he trying to clean up a highly embarassing medical mess he had made before someone found out what drugs he really had administered to MJ in that bedroom? Finally, why isn't this man in jail for manslaughter with his medical liscense yanked out from under him? This is the biggest farce in history. I am also tired of people blaming MJ for having a drug problem. I blame those who knew it and enabled him literally to death. His enablers are also to blame. Finally, to the nurse who went on TV and talked about Micahel calling the doctors office wanting drugs, you should be sued and fined for violating HIPPA laws. But of course, you got paid for appearing on that show. And with medical professsionals like her and Dr. Murray, we should run as fast as we can. No wonder the public is losing their trust in us. RIP MJ. I miss you every day. I love you more.

I think that the LAPD botched this investigation from the very beginning. They should have never let anyone in the home until they found out if this was a crime scene or not. They should have known better. I am also so sick of hearing Michael refered to as Jacko His name is Michael Jackson a kind loving caring humanitarian that really cared what happened to others and all everyone wanted to do was use him and take advantage of him while he was alive. Now he is gone and you are still putting him down. Lets put the people that is responsible for his death in jail were they belong. I want to know why it took the doctor an hour an 21 mins to call 911 when he first found Michael not breathing then to do cpr on the bed Please you are a doctor even my grandkids know to do cpr on a hard surface. He knows he has done something wrong or he wouldn't have made all the phone calls before 911 I hope that you and everyone involved in Michael's death pays for what you have taken from his children,family and the ones that really truely loved him the fans I have had a heavey heart myself since this has all happen and Michael you will be sadley missed forever and always.
