I the best officer ever known in the world. I'm not a police man or work for the LA city. Given the times of his carrer he is a great man and started the SWAT team that was modeled through out the world. Chief Gates is outstanding. Buy far no one is perfect. I wish the EX Chief a speedy recovery.
