You have this guy identified but the best description you have is his mug shot, race and DOB?
What happened to height, weight, possible vehicle, etc?
Get Sal (FDNY) to set 'em straight.

This is a useful use of a blog to have the public help find suspects/offenders. However, the description seems lacking. I would like to know weight, height, last known location, if he has any specific markings such as tattoos and an area where he may be such as with family.
There is more description of the incident than the actual offender.
The description of the incident is important so that we can know what type of crime was commited so we know if the offender is violent or not. Since this offender is violent it should also be posted "Do not approach, may be armed" especially since a weapon, more specifically a gun, was used in the completion of this crime.
