Thursday, April 14, 2025 – In the wake of the recent attack of Northern California resident Bryan Stow on March 31, 2025 at Dodger Stadium; Police Chief Charlie Beck, along with former LAPD Chief William Bratton, and Dodgers Owner Frank McCourt held a press conference to discuss some of the changes to security in and around the stadium as well as to release a new composite sketch of the suspects responsible for the attack.
“I’m asking the fans that may have some information to please come forward,” Chief Beck said.
“This is an incident which should not define the City.”
Some of the new measures include increased presence of Department personnel at the entrance of the stadium, in the parking lots and inside the stadium itself. There will be increased lighting in the parking lots and a strict “No Tailgating” policy will be enforced. Once inside the stadium, a fan code of conduct will be implemented with a “Zero Tolerance” policy in effect. It is the goal of the Department to make Dodger Stadium the safest stadium in the country.
A newly updated composite sketch of the alleged suspects in the case was released with additional information on their description. This new sketch and information was made possible by tips which have come into the Department by people who witnessed the attack. If you have any information regarding this case you are urged to contact the Department by telephone at (877) LAPD-247, by text message at CRIMES, or online at www.lacrimestoppers.org.
