Los Angeles: The family of Juliah Karwitha and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's help in locating Ms. Karwitha.
On November 1, 2015, around 8:30 a.m., Ms. Karwitha was last seen in the 7000 block of Reseda Boulevard, in the city of Reseda. Her family is extremely concerned that she has not been located.
Ms. Karwitha is described as a 66-year-old female black with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. Ms. Karwitha was last seen wearing a brown hat, brown scarf, green sweater, black pants, and blue shoes.
