Everytime an L.A.P.D. officer is killed;if in the line of duty or not,it is a dark day for all of L.A. They are always under the media "microscope",when doing their job. As a former L.A. resident,I continue to speak with some of the employees of the depatrment. They have and still are professional and please remember,they PROTECT AND SERVE all.
