Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Darrell Wayne, 38, a resident from the Gateway Percy Village, located at 3441 Percy Street in Boyle Heights. He has the mental capacity of a 10 year-old.
Wayne was last seen on October 6, 2007, at about 1:00 PM at his home and has not been seen since.
Wayne
is a male, White, stands 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs 165 pounds.
He has brown hair, brown eyes and wears glasses.
