Looks like the homocide rate for 2008 is going through the roof. Then again, it's hard for the Area Captains' to "reclassify" a dead body like they do ADW, 459, BFMV. Boston Baked Billy and his command staff will surely start the Kaning of patrol officers to get that homocide rate down...you should hear warning bells people....But with a little luck and your vote, we can get rid of both Bill Bratton and his little adultrous buddy Antonio "Reconquista" Villa to jobs in the Hillary Clinton administration. God save the USA!

Yes, it is alarming to see the only crime that cannot be hidden is skyrocketing. These numbers only speak to reported crime, not actual crime.
