Godspeed Brother. My prayers are with your family and fellow Officers during this tough time.

REST IN PEACE

Semper Fi, brother.

May you rest in peace.

It is ironic...I left Rampart at 0400 the morning of Officer Sander's tragic death and saw the roadways. I could not believe the high disregard for safety of so many motorists. People were traveling at 80 MPH and I wish people would adapt more to the conditions at the time. I know I wanted to get home quickly but my car was ALL OVER the road so I had to cruise at 50 the whole way home.

My heart goes out to the family left behind.

May your family be assured that we will always be there for them as your extended brothers and sisters from the LAPD. God be with you and your family.
