I've watched the video over 50 times and can't see where people would believe the officer's were at fault.I am very interested in seeing the second video caught at a lower angle in it's entirety .
Even after I blew the video up and sharpened the image it still appears the man was taking his own life.

The video shows one of the taser darts missing the suspect; rendering the taser useless since they were not able to get close enough to render a contact shot with it in order to complete the circuit. The SWAT officers did the best that they could considering the terrain and the fact that they were racing the clock due to the night approaching. They negotiated with him for about eight hours. The video clearly shows the suspect moving on his own to the cliff. I think that the SWAT officers are to be commended for their outstanding attempt to bringing this murder suspect in unharmed.
