I think this woman was obviously being murdered. The water tank is so tall, it's impossible for her to climb up her herself. I think the murderer(s) probably more than one person. And the way she acted in the elevator that day, she was probably playing with the person(s) who later killed her. LAPD should further investigate it, like who has checked out of the hotel on the day she disappeared.

Do you have any more information about this poor girls death? You must have considered the possibility that one of the only persons to have access to this area is one of the staff. who has the key's the knowledge of staff movements and opportunity to depose of a body in this way. Who would know let alone have access to the roof area? And be able to access to disarm the alarm. If someone put a body in that tank they would have to be big and strong. They would have known they would have to move it at some time. The problem is it sank. And they couldn't fish it out. So you would need to create a reason to find the body. A complaint about a water pressure drop would do that. And give you legitimate reason to look in the water tank, so you could claim to have discovered the body/problem. Who complained about the water pressure drop? Who controlled the lift operation. It seem to me that lift worked fine until it got to that floor. At which time it stopped working through it's normal cycle. Just a though.

First of all , my condolences to family and friends of Elisa... Yes i do believe she was murdered and or someone was with her at the time of her death.. I hope this case does not go unsolved or to blaim this on a simple suicide or drug over dose .. Elisa was not the type of person to do drugs and she may have had some slight deppression probs, but not deep enough to commit suicide..
