Women Suspected in Infant’s Abduction Identified – Photos Released

Los Angeles Police Department detectives have identified two women wanted in abducting a 6-week-old infant, Devon Calloway, from his mother's arms yesterday.

The driver of the black or gray Ford Explorer was identified as 43-year-old Annette Bryant, who is Black, with a hair weave and heavy build.  Bryant uses the alias Annette Michelle Pinkard.  She has a mole near her left eye and long fingernails.  She remains a person of interest, whom detectives would like to interview.

Detectives also identified the woman who allegedly offered Devon’s mother the money for the child.  She is Sylvia Nunn, also known as Sylvia Marie Wilson-Hardman.  She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 200 pounds.  She is 43 years old.  Nunn’s involvement has been corroborated by two persons.

Detectives are continuing to run down leads in the case.

So let me get this straight? We paid for this child to have 2 children! And she was thinking of selling one of the children for $6,000.00? Then the potential buyers of the child decided to just take the child. Wow that poor kid can't get a break. Mom is lets face it, not that bright and doesn't appear to be capable of taking care of herself let alone 2 children, paid for by us. Let child services take the children and raise them, we are paying them too, right? At least then these kids will stand a modicum of a chance of being productive, good people. And why is it that welfare needs to be revamped? Oh, yeah, never mind. I will pray that, that child is returned unharmed, but we need to do the right thing here and keep him from his mothers inept and dangerous care. And I can only dred what the rest of the family is like. This woman should be BANNED from having any more children. And the other two criminals that took this child should be locked up for life! Good luck LAPD, it seems that the only people in this whole mess with the propper concern for the children is you.

The abductors turned the infant in to authorities thru an attorney, according to FBI sources. Both of the young mother's children have been placed in child protective services.

Where is Tony Muhamed and Jesse Jackson ?? Oh, I am sorry I forgot, there is nothing in it for those race-baiters, because the victims and suspects are all black, and not Police Officers! Oh, and where is the Mayor? I thought he would have caused an accident in a full sprint for the TV camera's!Good thing that the Great Detectives and Patrol Officers of Newton Street are looking out for the child, or the kid wouldn't stand a chance! Good Job LAPD in getting the information out there. Keep up the great work, on the front lines.

You're right that the so-called leaders of the black community were awfully silent. Imagine if the perpetrators had been two white women. Oh boy, would we have heard all about that from the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

My,my seems as if someone isn't a big fan of the two mentioned race- baiters. Well I will stick to the story. Who cares about Jesse Jackson we are just glad that the baby is safe. The teen mom needs counseling and parenting classes. This kind of neglectful parenting happens everyday and its sad. Thank God for the LAPD and various other media outlets for coverage.
